Well Done to Michael Carpenter and Thomas Black– People Award
McKay Drilling Management would like to recognise Michael Carpenter and Thomas Black, for their outstanding assistant during a serious incident. Due to the remote location and limited police resources, immediate assistance was unavailable. Due to the remote location and limited police resources, immediate assistance was unavailable. Michael Carpenter and Thomas Black happened to be passing by and, without hesitation, volunteered to help move the vehicle, quickly clearing the obstruction and allowing traffic to resume safely.

Skete is being recognised for his dedication to rig compliance, safety and client liaison. When Rick Armstong from Rio Tinto was in to look at the rigs going to Winu Skete Bennett was positive, polite, energetic and extremely knowledgeable around the rig requirements and Rio were suitably impressed. Well done Skete!!
