Well Done to Simone Lovell and Berit Hatschek- Performance Award
Berit Hatschek and Simone Lovell had the misfortune of being in the field nearby when our various operations incurred several investigable incidents requiring their attention over the last 6 weeks. Anyone involved in an investigation would understand the time pressures, stakeholder involvement and compliance protocols that collectively become quite challenging not to mention when there are multiple investigations back-to-back-to-back.
The teamwork they demonstrated not only with each other but with the HSEQ Team and Operations was exceptional. The Investigations they completed were of premium standard and their attention to detail was on point.
We would like to recognise and reward their efficiency and perseverance.
