Well Done to Ben Arends – People, Performance and Accountability Award

McKay Drilling Management would like to recognise Ben Arends for providing exceptional crew support. For example: assisting Drillers with stock management and helping clean up of seacons has helped immensely. Ben is always quick to identify and rectify problems to maintain maximum productivity. He also saves company dollars by not ordering parts already on site. Thank you and Well Done Ben!!

Well Done to Sophia Bogdanovas – Performance Award

McKay Drilling Management would like to recognise Sophia Bogdanovas for second month in a row. Sophia follows instructions well, having the ability to retain information that allows her to carry out tasks under a single instruction and especially in regards to repetitive safety procedures (i.e. completion of JHA’s). In quieter periods, Sophia is incredibly proactive without having to be instructed. Well Done Sophia!!

Well Done to Gemma Hook-Brasher – Performance Award

McKay Drilling Management would like to recognise Gemma Hook-Brasher. Recognised by her Driller as ‘the best offsider’. Gemma may be young and early in her career but her understanding of every area of what is required is great and if unsure she is not afraid to ask. Gemma only needs to be asked or explained things once and impresses her crew members daily. Gemma is incredibly proactive without having to be instructed. Gemma has earned the respect of her crew members very quickly, she is an asset to the team and if she keeps up the good work will be doing great things in this industry. Well Done Gemma!!

Well Done to Kenn Reyes – People Award

McKay Drilling Management would like to recognise Kenn Reyes who has been doing a great job speaking up in client pre-starts, engaging with the client when they arrive at the rig, teaching new starters and has a real company first attitude.. Well Done Kenn!!

Well Done to Chloe Smith – Accountability and Performance Award

McKay Drilling Management would like to recognise Chloe Smith, who has done a great job with the crews at Eliwana running the mock emergencies to a very high standard and completing the HSEQ 6 Monthly Audits in good time, she worked well with both drill crews at the site and was very organised, avoiding any downtime while completing the audit. Chloe has also been covering 5 sites and 11 rigs without complaint, she has worked under pressure extremely well. She has demonstrated excellent commitment to the crews and the company. Her time management to achieve all of the above has been fantastic. You are an asset as always. Well Done Chloe!!
