Well Done to Ricky Waller – People Award
McKay Drilling Management would like to recognise Ricky Waller for his outstanding work regarding the initiative he displayed around the level of detail contained within his recent JHA and personal risk assessments involved in the lighting upgrades on Rig 4. Not only did Ricky create a detailed JHA using the RTIO Safe Day app, he amended the JHA multiple times when the plan changed & sought supervisor review and sign off at each amendment. He took it upon himself to be accountable for the JHA and ensured all personnel involved in the task read, understood and signed onto the JHA at each step amendment. This is the level of diligence we are fostering and he deserves to be recognised for this. Great Work Ricky!!
