McKay Drilling Management would like to recognise Natalie, Colleen, Lisa, Susan and Karen for their great teamwork. Colleen and Lisa do incredible work entering a large amount of plod data into MTB, ensuring its accuracy week in, week out. This data is then used to process payroll by Karen. Natalie has recently stepped into the role of Finance Manager and has hit the ground running, even doing a payroll run seamlessly. Susan is a great support asset to the finance team providing them time to focus on payroll processes. It really is a team effort that goes into everyone’s pays. Well Done to Rig 6 Crew – Alan Beveridge, Aaryn Koia & Alex Hutt – Performance Award
McKay Drilling Management would like to recognise Alan, Aaryn and Alex for being recognised by the client in their operations support assistance. Rig 6 Crew were asked to assist in the retrieval of rods, the job was done safely, risk assessments completed to a high standard and the appropriate amount of time was taken to complete the job. Well Done to Jack Budge – Performance Award
McKay Drilling Management would like to recognise Jack Budge for his assertiveness. Jack moved over to Rig 3 due to Rig 4 being down due to bushfires, he did a great job in coaching the less experienced Drillers Assistants. He works to a high standard and adapts well to different client needs. The Rig 3 crew have found him to be a great asset. Thanks and Well Done, Jack!!
Well Done to Callum O’Meagher – People and Performance Award
McKay Drilling Management would like to recognise Callum O’Meagher for the great feedback he received from the Site Senior Geologist. Very impressed with the communication from him as the driller on site. Callum had been keeping the Geologist informed on all aspects around the drilling and any delays which allowed the Geologist to do other work away from the rig. Well Done Callum!!
