Hand Safe Hazard Reporting
Brett Evans - Gloves not worn while hooking up water hose from 3rd water cart potential for hand injury.
What happened after: Job stopped. Discussion held around gloves and hand safety. Gloves put on and job continued.

Zane Candian - The hammer parts cupboard was left untidy and a broken shroud that had a sharp edge was left at the front of the cupboard where someone could cut there hand or it could fall out when the cupboard was opened cutting someone's leg. There is also the possibility for a hand injury with how everything was fallen over and all over the place, as a bit could roll onto someone's hand while they were digging around trying to find something
What Happened After: I disposed of the broken shroud, and cleaned up the cupboard to be tidy and more accessible for people to grab things out of.
